OPK positive 4 days in a row?!?
I do not post often but I have a question?? I did some research because I have had positive OPK tests for 4 days in a row and I have taken 2 different brand tests to make sure... what does that mean??? The internet says it could mean BFP not isnt it too soon to tell?.... Thanks!

4 days in a row is a long time for a surge. are you using digital? sometimes the other non-digitals can be misleading.

Re: OPK positive 4 days in a row?!?
So you have already ovulated then? If so, how many DPO are you? Its possible that if you have already O'd your OPK will remain positive if you are pregnant. However, if you havent ovulated yet and are using the OPK for the purpose of finding your surge and when you are about to O then 4 days might be too long. That being said, Ive read that up to 3 days of a positive OPK is considered normal..4 days is right there yknow? If you continuously have positive OPKs for 4 days in a row month after month then I would consult the Dr.

Mostly non-digital but also 2 digital tests which were positive also.

Re: OPK positive 4 days in a row?!?
I get a slight surge on the opk a few days before, then the peak, then surge a few days after.
Do you know when you O'd? A OPK will usually only be + if the pregnancy is further along. It won't work like a hpt and pick up a + before AF is due.

I honestly don;t know because every month I feel it and this month I did not. i do know since I have been taking clomid that i O between somewhere between CD 14-17 based on blood work. Today is day 21. I have never had this experience with with OPKs... I guess I will wait and see.
