OPK's - when to start testing
What day of your cycle do u start using? I have a 31-32 cycle (pretty much like clockwork), and based on previous cycles..I *think* O happens around Day 17 - 19.

Re: OPK's - when to start testing
sounds similar to my cycle...to start I would say to start testing on CD10 and make sure you have enough test sticks. Once you know your cycle better you won't need as many, if you even need to use the OPK again! :)

The package should have instructions through use of a chart. Here is one from Clearblueeasy.com. This past cycle for me, was 29 days so I would start testing on day 12.

Re: OPK's - when to start testing
There is a reason why they want you to test before you expect to ovulate. Not sure what it is, but there is a reason. Maybe it leaves less room for error and with negatives beforehand, there would be much more of a distinction when there is a positive. UNLESS you use a digital in which case, it is MUCH easier to interpret - at least it was for me.
