OPK'S and CBEFM
what are the big differences between the two? I tried OPK's the digital one and never got a should I consider using the CBEFM instead?

Hopefully I'll be able to answer this question by the end of this cycle. My body is still adjusting to not being on the pill so everything is out of whack.

Have you read the thread pinned to the top?
OPKs basically just detect a surge in LH which indicates that you'll ovulate 24-36 hours later. OPKs can be either positive or negative. You use these in the afternoon (2-8 pm) after having held in your urine for 4 hours.
CBEFM is a monitor that detects LH and I believe estrogen. It gives you various readings - low fertility, high fertility, or peak fertility. You use this in the morning with FMU (first morning urine). Most people ovulate the day of their second peak reading.

I did read it and it's awesome I guess I must have missed this part but thank you for the info
