OPK...when to start
When do you start using this? I don't even know what they look like, but want to buy one today. Is is too late? It's day 1 of AF.

I use Clearblue Easy OPK and you can start on day 5 of your cycle

make sure you are testing between 12-8. Ther is a plan online called sperm meets the egg plan. They recommend. Starting your OPK on day 8. You are on cycle day 1 right now. Bd day 8 skip day 9 bd days 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, bd the day you get a positive on your OPK then one more after that. Not sure if I have it right but you can do a google search for it and read it yourself

The kits can be a little frustrating at first if you don't know approximately when you O. Not everyone is textbook day 14. For example, I usually O very late like CD 19 or 20 - so until you learn when you ovulate you may need more than 1 kit the first month or try the Answer 20 pack at first.
