Someone I know is a "coach ". I put coach in quotes because they have zero education in health , fitness, or nutrition. Just another MLM cult imo.
I hear it's very very expensive for all the pre packaged processed foods that they sell. I also looked at some of the ingredients of their stuff and it's less than ideal .
Google it and some articles will come up where nutritionists weigh in on it

A coworker of mine is doing it. It is expensive and a lot of artificial stuff. She did lose 30 lbs though.
