Optimum....... 3 weeks now
I'm trying to reach the with no success. Now they use the long times due to COVID they were always shit.
I try to reach them almost everday even requesting a call back instead of sitting on hold for hours, never a call back.

Same here! I was trying probably 4 weeks ago and couldn’t get a hold of them. I gave up.
