Ordered the furniture today (with pics)
We were just going to start looking but happened upon the Bellini 20% off sale which, of course, ended today. We're really happy with what we picked:
All in mahogany
Alex Crib
Jessica Double Dresser (just the dresser, not the mirror or hutch)

We considered the changing slider but oddly enough theirs was fairly industrial looking (visible white metal  ) so we're just going to get a pad and use it on top. We figure the baby will need a changing pad for all of 12-18 mos of the 18 years he/she will use the furniture so we didn't want anything permanent.

we were going to do the slider also but my mom actually thought it looks unnatural tot change the baby that way, we have a reg pad...are you having a boy or girl, what bedding are you doing...

We're not finding out, so we're doing neutral bedding. Not 100% sure but I think Sweet Vanilla:

OMG that is gonna look amazing with the dark wood, was one of my choices but hubby wanted to "boyish" so we did a nautical theme....

Bedding: it's called Sweet Vanilla by Martex. If you google it a number of stores come up, incl JC Penney and Target. Unfortunately it's too old for BBB and BRU to carry so in addition to the furniture (minus the crib, thanks to MIL  ), we'll have to buy that on our own.
Shelley - what's sleep sheep?? It sounds adorable 
I think we're going to do a very vanilla / creme / ivory room and I'll pick out a throw rug, artwork and a pillow for the top of the toy chest in navy for a boy and pink for a girl and just order it after the baby's to "gender-ize" the room.

the sleep sheep is a stuffed sheep that plays womb sounds...they have it online or you can get it at Behrs too...they also have twilight turtle which i got, its a turtle that makes stars ot he celing at night, they come from his shell, soo cute...
