Usually a few days. I've been pretty happy with my zappos purchases.
I like that they have free returns too!

Love Zappos!
3 days is the longest it's ever taken for something to arrive.
There have been times where I placed an order on a Thursday evening and my order arrive by Friday afternoon. Can't beat that!

they send you a 'track shipping' link with your order info or you can logon to your zappos accounta and track the package.
