I've used Walgreens and Snapfish- I usually wait until one is having a sale (they always have sales) and get them cheaper.

If you are looking for a nice print to hang on a wall you should check Invision it on canvas (an LIF vendor), they have good pricing and they have a promo code listed on their page. I will be ordering one of my wedding photos from them. link
I have also ordered from Snapfish and Shutterfly and am happy with both.
