Oreo Truffles
I was out last night & someone brought these. They were AMAZING, so i thought I'd share the recipe
1 (16 ounce) package OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1 (8 ounce) package Cream Cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
DIRECTIONS
Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor; reserve for later use. (Cookies can also be finely crushed in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin.) Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended.
Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Refridgerate for 35-45 minutes
Dip balls in chocolate {using a slotted spoon works best}; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. (Any leftover chocolate can be stored at room temperature for another use.) Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
The Oreos can also be subsitituted for any sandwich cookie, the women also told me nutterbutters were great too!

these are amazing! Someone brought these to thanksgiving last year and I had to steal one away from the kids who tried to eat them ALL

I make these all the time. they are very easy!
You can also substitute vienna fingers!

i have found the white chocolate doesnt melt right, but you can try. i just use reg chocolate
