Oreo wished his daddy a happy father's day this morning!
So, it is Sunday morning...7:30am...father's day. We have been leaving Oreo in the kitchen so he can have access to his wee wee pads during the night, yet still be confined via baby gates. So Oreo waited this morning for his daddy (my DH) to awaken, but being that only HE likes to wake up when the sun first comes up, he got impatient waiting when we insisted on actually sleeping until a decent hr.
So, I am in a dead sleep when all of a sudden I feel a thump on the bed and little paws scampering all over me and the faint sound of panting. I was still in a slumber filled confusion when I hear DH get attacked w/ wet puppy kisses. How nice...our little pup jumped/climbed over the gate, high-tailed it into our bedroom, and somehow jumped onto our bed (which is a pretty big leap for such a little guy) just to wake DH up w/ puppy kisses!  I guess this was his way of saying happy father's day?!
