organic fertility bible? holistic methods?
Has anyone read this book? its an ebook only.
I havent started TTC yet but I already know that I dont ovulate. So when we do start (in a month or so) we have to decide whether to do medicated cycles or not. I havent decided 100% yet.
I have (personally) heard about miracles using different holistic methods and was wondering if anyone knew more about them?
Just thought I'd add that my friend's "proven" method for fertility is a combo of acupuncture, a cleanse, certain vitamins and to watch one funny movie a day

I haven't heard of this book specifically but with a regime of vitmains and supplements I have gotten myself to O ( I have PCOS) and drastically improved DH's sperm. His first SA numbers were: 4% morphology and 19mill count. After taking everyhting I put him on for about 4-5 months his numbers went to 23.6% morhpology (normal is considered 14%) and 27mill count (20mill is the start of the normal range).
So needless to say, I 100% holistic methods.
