Oriental Groceries in Stonybrook.....
went there the other day, and picked up some roast pork buns, and dumplings...
pork buns were great!
dumplings were frozen, have to cook them yourself.... they're the kind you get as appetizers in the restaurant...
i like them fried, only thing is, they kept sticking to the wok!!! anyone know a trick on how to cook these $uckers?? they came out ok, but were such a PITA to make, and some of them broke a little on the bottom from the sticking..!! need an easier way!!

put oil in the pan first and let them brown up (DONT MOVE THEM) after about a minute or 2 fill the pot with about a half cup of water and cover the pot. This will steam them and release them from the pan. Once the water evaporates uncover again and just let them brown up some more.
