As far as Hotels go, that website will give you a lot of much needed info for comparisons (including a multitude of pictures and reviews).
My personal favorites:
1. Wilderness Lodge
2. Animal Kingdom (get a room with a savannah view for the best experience!)
3. The Polynesian
3. Port Orleans Riverside (if you want to save $$)

I like mid-may for the weather, lower crowds and Epcot's flower festival.
My favorite hotels are Boardwalk, Wilderness Lodge and Port Orleans Riverside.

I've stood at the Carribean Beach 3 times and Coronado Springs. The Carribean Beach was great. You had the best of both worlds..Disney and feeling like you are in the Carribean.

I love disney and I have to admit last time we went we stayed at the all star music cheap and it was nice.
