Orthopedist
Hello can anyone recommend a good orthopedist in Nassau County or even NYC ( I work here). I am an avid runner and have been sidelined since July and everyone keeps telling me it's piraformis syndrome. I have done PT, had shots, rested etc... I finally slowly started to run again and am now feeling some pain again. This is extremely frustrating. TIA

Have you seen a chiropractor? I talked to mine about it but I took some time off from running to do cross training and do a ton of stretching now and it has seemed to be better
