OT

If your child receives OT what were they doing or not doing to qualify?

my DS qualified for OT at 15 months old... a little over a year ago.

some of the things he was doing

sitting W style
he did not cross over his mid-line
everything he did was looking from the side
tippy toed
no balance
a lot of sensory issues

that is what i can remember off the top of my head

Ry will be 4 in January and started OT over the summer.

Some sensory issues
Poor muscle tone in upper body... they have him crawl around on mats, use a trappeez bar, climb up on things, to build it up...

DD is 3 and just started getting OT.

She has major sensory issues
Doesn't point
Can't stack blocks up to the recommended height (I think i was 8)
Can't use string toys
Doesn't hold fork/spoon

I can go on and on lol
