They tend to make your teeth VERY sensitive. Try using Sensodyne toothpaste while you're using the Whitestrips. I've heard a lot of people say it helps. Another thing you can do is only use one strip a day (it will take 2x as long, but your teeth might feel less sensitive).

I hear ya. I can't use them at all!!
I get really bad headaches.
Someone said the new Listerine dissolving ones aren't as bad. I'm going to give them a try.

That happened with me...try a generic form, I bought the ones from rite aid and they don't hurt at all and work pretty well!

I didn't have a problem with my teeth but my gums were a bit sensitive. I heard the sensidyne does the trick.
