ouchie
i just fell down half a flight of stairs.
I went downstairs to put away shoes and leave my bag there since it was wet and I guess my slipper was little wet and i went sliding.
My butt and back hurt bad now

I just did that this morning too! I banged my knee on the way down and now I have a rug burn and a blossoming hematoma on it. I screamed on the way down and scared the pants of my kids - my son wanted to call 911!
