Ouchy, I feel like I'm breathing in cayanne pepper, what's the deal?
I can not breath through my nose because it hurts so bad. I have had a sinus headache for about a week and try to use saline for my nose but it feels worse. I can't get to the Dr. right away. Is there anything else to reduce the dry burning feeling in my nose and eyes?

warm wet compress!! turn on your shower really hot and sit in the bathroom wit the door shut for a lil bit!
