U & me both  The market nosedived.. Stinks cuz I am in the same boat , looking to sell so we can buy,, Good luck,, Lotsa luck..... We are having another openhouse again too

where do you live? let's switch! ha ha!
We don't want a bridge loan or anything like that and like most people, we can't buy until we sell....hey, best of luck!!! silly me was like, our place is so pretty, someone will want it! We've had a lot of interest but no bites. A young couple is/was interested but they've gone quiet.

I know you probably don't want to hear this and there may be comps but it seems expensive for a 2BD. If you could get below 4 you could even start a bidding war and get closer to your asking price

I know you probably don't want to hear this and there may be comps but it seems expensive for a 2BD. If you could get below 4 you could even start a bidding war and get closer to your asking price
i was in a bidding war to get the place started by the owners and i thought it was awful so i don't want that. the price is based on what the others in the development sold for in the past year...and if i do say so, ours is newer/more updated than any of those. it's 2 beds, 2.5 baths (won't let me add the .5 for some reason) and we're in no rush...we're anxious...but we don't HAVE to do anything, you know? I know our absolute bottom price of what we'll accept, but i know what i paid and so i know what i want...i just don't know if that will happen...but based on our development and others in the area of similar model/style I think we're in line.
oooh....i hope that didn't sound snotty...but when i see others of similar make asking high 4s, i tend to think we're OK. we are certainly VERY flexible!

wow those taxes?? over $8K with star?? Is that right??we dont pay that for a half acre in Setauket
