Our little "rooster"
Oreo has done a great job conforming to my husband's weekday schedule, even though he tries to give him as little attention as possible that early in the AM. Problem we have is that if one of us does not show our heads by 6:30am, he starts barking wildly and will not calm down. I have tried to just ignore him and he will bark for at least an hour. On Saturday and Sunday, I don't want to be up at 6:30, and neither do my neighbors. I have tried making it really dark in my apartment too and have been saying "quiet" when he starts to softly whine, but I can't go back into the bedroom or else he will start up again. HELP

Re: Our little "rooster"
I posted about this recently and people suggested I crate him (not an option as he barks).
Biggest problem is he wakes the baby...I feel your pain!
