Our new basement! (w/pics)
Hubby is incredible!! This used to be one, large, concrete space. When we got PG, we realized we were going to need an extra bedroom for guests, so right away he got started on the basement.
In less than 2 months, this is what he accomplished, with only the help of one other guy. He did EVERYTHING himself, except the carpeting. All in all, it costed us less than $10k, and now we have a play area, an extra bedroom and a full bath!  Image Attachment(s):

I wish I did  but I never thought we would finish it so I never took pics. It was honestly just one large concrete space. Concrete walls, concrete floors and wooden shafts on the ceiling. No room dividers, and no bathroom or separate bedroom.
