Really not sure but we did less than a week (I assume it's more flexible off season/not summer)!
ETA: Some of the "resorts" near this house are pet-friendly off season!

Sounsd like a wonderful trip! I wish more places allowed dogs although I understand why they don't. They make a trip like that more fun!

would you mind sharing how long u stayed and the cost? (U can fm me if you want!)....also, the resorts nearby that u mentioned....do u have the info as to which ones are pet friendly---i haven't been away in over a year and i am going crazy! but i can't leave the pups!! thanks

The dog-friendly places in Montauk are:
Hither Hills Cottages
Snug Harbor Inn
Lenharts (I think)
and
Oceanside Resort....
You may be able to bring them to the Royal Atlantic Condos also.
