Our Water Damage Story
Went to leave for work Fri monring and heard drippping. Looked around and found dining room ceiling soaked!! Thought it was bathtrub (since bathroom was right above), so we called a plumber. Plumber checked and said our plumbing is in p erfect shape, and that the leak was coming from up stairs. We went into the guest bedroom and found the water pouring in from our window handles (We have the crank open windows) We bought the house 6 months ago and the owner told us Lifetime Guarantee!!
We called and they said they could have someone over Nov 3rd!! I grabbed the phone from my husband and said my house was falling apart and they better get somone over, NOW. Ended up showing up Sat AM. Surveyed the damage and said they would have someone reseal the handles on the windows this week. Then they willc all us to talk about fixing all the other damage. 2 walls, and part of the ceiling need to be replaced. The rug and mattress in the guest room were ruined as well. If the go back on their offer, I will be taking them to court!! Its so frustrating!! Image Attachment(s):

Good thing you screamed at them. Imagine if you really had to wait until 11/3. That is ridiculous!
