Our365 hospital photos

How does this work? I never had hospital pics of Ryan b/c he was in the NICU. I looked at Colin's when I got the e-mail and don't like it so I don't plan to purchase them but then I got another e-mail thanking me for my order for a $50 package. I tried to call to figure it out and I just get put on hold forever and I don't have the patience for it right now!

I ordered mine when I got home. They have me a piece of paper with a code on it. A few weeks after I had Seamus, I went on the website and pulled up his pictures. I ordered like 20 dollars worth and they sent it to me.

They automatically sent us a $50 package. When I talked to someone they said if I didn't like the pics then to just send them back. Or I could take just a few and just pay for those. We didn't like any of the pics so we sent them back.

That's BS - I shouldn't have to waste my time sending something BACK that I never requested in the first place -

Did you 'order' while in the hospital ??

Send them a response to that email, and tell them you do not want, will not pay for, and did not request any photographs.

I can't tell you how annoying those people were - The 'photographer' was a joke. The pictures were horrible and she barely knew how to use her camera !! - When I told her I was not interested from the beginning, she came back to my hospital room 7 times !!! DH finally yelled at her -

Then they called my house 2x a day for the first month I was home until I threatned to call BBB on them !!!
