Out of prenatals???
I'v erun outof my samples and forgot to ask for more when I was there...
is there something I can take in the meantime?

believe it or not when i was pregnant with my son i could not handle the prenatal they made me so sick...my doc told me to take Flintstones

target also has generic target brand prenatals over the counter. my friend took these for her entire pregnancy!
tomorrow call your dr's office and ask him to call in the prescription for you. i forgot also so i just called them, they called it in, and i picked it up that day from the pharmacy.

I took generic pre-natals until I was able to get them at the doctor's...you should be fine until you're able to get more.

go to a CVS or Walgreens the pharmacist will tell you what you can take. There is over the counter prentals.

You can buy Prenatals over the counter at any pharmacy. They have 0.8mg of Folic Acid while the prescription ones have 1mg. Thats the major difference. I have taken both.

I wouldn't do that. You will get more of other vitamins than you need.

i've been taking cvs brand prenatals since i started ttc. when i got pg my dr said they were fine so i've just kept taking them. they have 800mg of folic acid and are really cheap. i think a bottle of 100 is like $11.

i took prenatals fromthe drugstore my entire pg too...my OB actually recommended it...he said usually the Rx is filled generically anyway...so you save money by getting the OTC kind...and its all the same
but he did tell me to take the sample pack to the store and look for the one closest to the amounts

I took flinstones in my pregnancy and a supplement of folic acid, dont take relgular womens multi vitamin because they have too much vitamin A.
