Outdoor toy recommendations with limited space to play.
I live in a condo so we don't have a lot of storage space. I have some grassy areas right outside my front door for DS to play. I wanted to get him some outdoor toys to play with, but I don't know what to get. I was thinking a sand and water table maybe?

A sand and water table OR two long flat buckets (under the bed kind) that stack up when not in use. Fill one with water and one with rice, oatmeal or sand. A shovel and bucket and your good to go.
Bubble mower was a big hit at my house.
Bats and balls, a tee, a net.
A trike, wagon or roll-on toy.
Bubbles.
Sidewalk chalk. My children enjoy making "murals" on the fence.
