outie belly button???

My DS stump came off and it looks lke he is going to have an outie belly button, I think,,,does it change ...my DH does not seem to understand this and claims no one has outies anymore...which I don't agree with....he says especially boys don't have outies.....is it possible the belly button will still change or will he forever be an outie now....I know this probably seems silly but DH and I have been discussing this for hours!!

Re: outie belly button???

Well, not sure if this is scientific or not but of my fraternal twins... DD has an outie and DS has an inie.

I do remember their umbilical cords looking very different. One was pretty much like a striaight tube but the other had a coil like pattern to it, almost as if an old fashioned telephone wire was wrapped around the outside of it.

I don't remember who had what... I'd have to check the videoChat Icon but the two different patterns to the umbilical chords might have something to do with who got the inie and who got the outieChat Icon
