Outside home Bday partes-BTDT moms?
So we are pretty certain we are going to do a Gymboree party for Megan's 2nd in March and have to decide between the cake only or the pizza and cake party - The difference is $125 -
To be fair, there are additional things you get for the extra money, but I really wouldn't use them - I'll be making my own invites and I've heard the favors are not that great, so I'll probably pick up something extra for them anyway.
Is the pizza a must have for a 4:30 party for 2 year olds? Am I being 'cheap' for considering not having it?
Please be honest - I'm really on the fence here....
Thanks

Is it 4:30-5:30 activity and then pizza & cake? If so, I def. think you need to offer the pizza.

Ha ha - no need for s I don't know what the activity timing is to be honest - I'm new at this bday party thing and megan has been sick/unavailable for practically every party she's been invited to so I don't know what the norm is... Thanks for the input!

I was deciding between Gymboree and My Gym in Babylon...they both are only cake and I think that's great! The My Gym guy told me to write on invites cake and drinks so people know!

The party starts at 4:30? Then yeah, I would expect not just cake...

if you wrote on the invite cake only then i guess it would be ok....but IMHO i have never been to a party where food wasnt served. I would just spend the extra and get pizza

I agree. Especially because of the timing of the party.
