Over the Knee Boots
Does anybody here wear them casually?
Or do you reserve them more for dressing up/going out in the evening?

I have a pair.bought at Target.
Im 5'2, boots are fairly casual pair. I wore with jeans on Fri night.
I was complimented heavily on them.
I wasn't sure if I was going to keep them since I didn't want them to make me look shorter than I am.
It worked.
So depends on the boot I guess.

Over the Knee Boots
Depends on the boot. A flat OTK boot will work casually, but not heeled ones.

Mine are all heeled. They're the same boots as in the photo below (I have them in black, brown and grey) and I basically wear them the same way (with sweater dresses or with jeans & a sweater):
My DH loves the way they look and thinks I shouldn't give a f*ck what people think, but he's biased so I can't go by his opinion in this case.

They're Stuart Weitzman. I tend to buy his footwear from Zappos, Nordstrom, his website or Neiman Marcus/Bergdorf Goodman.

I think they can def be worn causally. I only wish I could wear them. I'm 5' on a good day to it would be up to my crotch!

I feel like if my legs were skinnier- like these models- I would totally rock those just like in the pics.
I am tall, so I can wear them height wise, but I feel like my thighs would look ridiculous

I would. It's all about how you dress it. When wearing with jeans, it a little more casual but still giving that clean cut factor, if you know what I mean.
Go for it.

I have an awesome pair that I got 2 winters ago. They are flat & suede so they are more casual but still look cute. Get a pair!
