Overanalyzing again!

I believe I have made it to the 2WW but not 100% since I am guessing when I ovulated (OPK's didn't work for me so just stayed in tune with my body and EWCM). I have started to feel some dull aches/cramps in my lower abdomin almost like I exercised too much and lower back pain. Also, I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and when I started walking I got extremely light headed all of a sudden and felt like I could pass out - like my blood sugar was low. Once I made it back to bed, I was fine. Weird! Has anyone ever heard of feeling faint being a symptom?

Ugh I need to go out and do something today so I am not trying to feel every little feeling my body has!!!

this is my first month trying so i have no idea what to expect as far as symptoms go...

But i was reading that another symptom is metallic taste in your mouth... and i absolutely have that.... or at least I think I do... an the sense of smell is related to that... i feel like sometimes i have that... i dont want to overanalyse, but i cant help it... so who knows... I dont plan on testing until the middle or end of next week...
