"Overnight" Girls Night Out -
My suggestion was AC b/c it's one stop shopping, Hotel, Casino, Bars, Clubs, Restaraunts, - and I can get a decent rate on a nice hotel room to keep costs low ....... -
But one of the girls is being difficult (Of course the one that wants to spend the LEAST amount of $$$, but have a "day at the spa" .....) um OK -
So, do you ladies have any ideas ???
We're looking for something in driving distance, don't want to spend a small fortune, and have an aversion to anything "Bates Motel - like" .......
I know, I know - I'm asking the impossible aren't I ??

I've done this twice now - once for a bachelorette party, once for a girls weekend with the women in my family. While the spas are not quite NY spas, it was a nice time both times.

What about a B&B out east- you could do a winery tour. Or take a drive to Cape Cod <now that summer is officially ending, all the Cape tourists are no longer there> There's TONS to do there, and it's a beautiful area.

I've done Montauk, both the Yacht Club and Gurney's.

I would try Montauk or somewhere on the Jersey shore.
AC wouldn't be my top pick either and not for the cost factor. I don't gamble and the area seems pretty seedy if you leave the hotels.
