Overstock.com grrrrrrrrr I am so pisssed!
I ordered an area rug. It came today and looks NOTHING like the picture 
Now they want me to bring it to a UPS drop off station to return it. I will NOT go out of my way to do this, so they are sending me a call tag so they pick it up, so now, I have to wait 2-4 business days for an email to see what happens so I can get my correct rug.

I am on hold for a supervisor!!
ETA: Anyone else order from here & have a problem?

Their return policies are horrible!!! I've had trouble almost every time I've used them, of course I kept on going back...
I would fight it out w/them, they tend to cave after awhile.

I am not a fan of this site. I honestly don't see what the hype is all about. the retail prices that they post are ridiculously inflated!!
I ordered a set of sheets from them ... "imported fabrics, 400 TC, retail was listed at $150 blah blah blah". the sheets feel like sandpaper and yea, it's imported alright, from CHINA! 
I also bought a down pillow from them and used it once! it's was SO crappy! I wouldn't have paid $1 for it had I had a chance to see it in person first - also made in China!
And their customer service STINKS!

OK well they are shipping me a new rug, hopefully the right one!
And they took $20 0ff the price and are shipping me a new one before they get the old one back, which they should!

That stinks. I've heard really bad things about returns and customer service from others. I ordered a bed in a bag from them and less than a year later it looks like crap. It's all beaded and thin. In the future, I'll stick with books, DVDs, and CDs with them! I've never had a problem with those!
I've had succcess with smartbargains.com if you still are looking for a rug!
