ovulation on CD12
Is it possible?
DH and I BD last night before he went to work. I thought I had felt the ovulation pain during the day but wasn't sure. Well, after hubby left for work I used the bathroom (TMI - but #2) and there was CM the sticky kind on the TP or so I think...
I'm not scheduled to ovulate till the end of the week. Any thoughts on this ladies.

the same thing happened to me this cycle- FF had me O'ing CD 18 and CD 19. I had EWCM CD 16 so I am considering that my "O" date since my cycles can be anywhere between 31-34 days.

i've ovulated on CD13, so i don't see why CD12 wouldn't be possible. However, it's all determined by what your cycles are usually like, not mine 
When do you usually ovulate? are you using OPK's to verify?
eta: i just saw your response above. if you're just using the chart online, i would consider using the OPK's to verify Ovulation. I think of the charts online as a guide, but not anything concrete as they're only as good as the info you put into them, and if you're not definitely sure when you've ovulated in the past, then the predicted date might not necessarily be right.

this may seem like a stupid response and I apologize, but are you sure it was CM and not semen? Did you do the water test...supposedly semen sinks and the CM will float (someone correct me if I got that backwards). They are easily confused. Although, if you have a longer cycle you may O later on.

This is not a stupid response at all 
I assumed it was CM cause it looked like it LOL and I thought I felt ovulation pain's earlier in the day...
I don't used opk's cause I don't feel the need to right now. I did not do the water test cause I didn't know what it was but maybe next time.
Oh and my cycle's are usually around 30 to 31 days.

I do use the charts as a guide along with CM. The poster below you thought that what I had last night on the TP could have been semen (good point)! I don't use OPK's cause I don't feel it nesscerary right now. My hubby
keep's saying "it will happen when it happens" I guess he's right. I want to be preggers in the worst way but I'm also not in a HUGE rush either I'm 27 going to be 28 in a few months so "when it happens, it will happen!"
I guess my question was, is it possible to ovulate that early.

I think it is possible that you ovualted early. And I'm thinking that if it WAS cm and you had just had sex than you would be in pretty good shape, ya know. HOw long after BD did you get the cm? Like the previous poster said, it could have been semen. You will get preggers mama!!

I think it was an 1 1/2 after we BD when I went into the bathroom.
I think (i thought  ) I knew the difference b/w the two but hey, I could be wrong.

I got smiley on CD13 this month, earliest ever...so the answer is yes. And my cycles are usually 32 days. Last month my LP was 17 days

Definitely possible! With a 30 day cycle, I'd be a little surprised, but as we know, this stuff's far from an exact science!
