to me it feels like light cramps.
My back hurts a little, as do my ovaries - pain on both sides.

i get a crampy, achy feeling on one side, usually the right.

I get period like cramps in the couple of days before O. What I believe to be my O day, I ususally get a sharp pain on the side I am O'ing on. It feels like I am getting stabbed or pricked on the side and then it goes away.
