Ovulation question
I just got AF today but I don't think I ever ovulated this month. I had one day of EWCM, then it was gone and no temp rise. I am newly off BCP but I definitely ovulated last month. Could this be stress related (this month has been pretty stressful for me) or maybe b/c I am so soon off the pill? Just hoping nothing is wrong

Coming off BCP your cycles can definitely be wacky for a while. I've heard that stress can delay ovulation as well.
Over the last 3 months since I've been charting (I went off BCP in April) my ovulation date has varied from CD18, CD13 and this month CD11! I'm guessing my body's still regulating itself, but I'm seeing the gyno next week for my annual and I'll ask her then just to be on the safe side
