ovulation symptoms?
This has probably been posted but this is only my 3rd month off BCP. Every little twinge I get I think that I am ovulating but then I POAS and nothing.
What do you feel when you ovulate?

for me, I get slightly crampy and the CF gets very gooey and stringy - almost like an egg white (uncooked)
