Note:
If you don't turn on the oven, the chicken will never cook 
Going with that same idea, the rice will never cook if the stove is not on....
I guess dinner won't be ready anytime soon

I once had DH turn the oven OFF while something was in there baking- you at least have an excuse- what is the excuse for that??
My brain has been decent recently- nothing major since i put the yogurt away in the pantry!
