YEP, has been for the past few years. THe bars are open,but you can't leave them with your drink or anything.

I live close, you may even pass my block depending on which way you go! We're going tomorrow, I have to take Andrew to a party later today, plus DH is working today, so it helps having him help.

Just got back - food seemed alot better this year than in previous years (not that it used to be bad). Could just be that I am preggo and everything looked DELISH!
