DH and I were just there the other night!! Before it was Oysterman's, it was Villa Riccardi and that is where we had our rehearsal dinner....The new owners are also the owners of Coopersmith's Steak House in East Islip....We only went to the bar part the other night and it was packed!!!! I heard the food is good!!

Where is it? I never heard of Villa Riccardi either.  I obviously haven't been to Sayville in ages.

Its located on Foster Ave.....That's the street that you take to get to the Ferries.

I have lived in Sayville my whole life and the name of this restaurant has changed so many times over the past few years....Thats probably why you have never heard of it.

I went to Sayville HS, so I'm pretty familiar with the area, I just can't picture a restaurant on Foster.

Its right next to the gas station that is on the corner of Foster and Middle road.

This place is always changing names so hopefully it will stay Oysterman's for a while, judging by the crowd the other night!

I just moved to sayville about a month ago, so I'm still checking things out..I drove by this restaurant the other day, it's a few blocks from me, and it looked like a place I would like...I have to go and check it out...
