P/T Day Cares near Mt. Sinai/Port Jeff area
Looks like this mommy is going back to work ! I am very excited but also incredibly nervous about putting my 14.5 mth old Son in Day Care. Not that I don't think it will be great for him, but more so nervous that I need to pick a good one. Anybody have any referrals? I live in Mt. Sinai. I want something local b/c my parents live next door and can scoop him up when my husband works late.

Also I will be working F/T but 3 long days so i will only need him in Day Care 3 days max.

I can't recommend a place because DS goes to daycare in Nassau since DH and I work there. However, there is a tutor time in miller place (where Friendly's is on 25A - rightbefore Miller Place Rd, so it is *just* outside of Mt Sinai). The one I go to offers pt care, so I wouldn't be surprised if they do too. Also on 25A and Mt-Sinai Coram Rd (on 25A) there is a place, don't know if they have pt (actually I can't even remember the name). sorry if this isn't too helpful since I can't give recs.

I think you are talking about The Learning Experience. It is very nice and I went on a tour, but it is a bit pricier than the others. I will check out Tutor Time as well. Thanks!!!

Yeah that was it! I'm trying to rack (wrack? I have no idea what that word should look like, lol!) my brain for anything else I've seen.
