Pacifiers...interesting yet scary thought!
I went to the supermarket today and bought Gillian some pacifiers. I got up to the register (Gillian wasnt with me) and the cashier says "these are the newest fad...how olds your kid" I was like "huh?" I said 5 weeks. Hers was 15!!!!!!!!! Am I going to be in competition with teenagers for pacifiers? Good lord! This is a fad I dont want to see...LOL

I know some people are doing this. I think it is gross and ridiculous! What's worse than the kids is the woman commenting about it being a new "fad" and asking you how old your child was -- almost like she thinks it is okay.

Sad that the original reason for the "fad" is that the paci's keep the E-tards from chewing their tongues when high....
I guess it's no different than me wearing the feathered "roach clips" back in the 80's (my mother was as clueless as me I suppose...)

Re: Pacifiers...interesting yet scary thought!
I've seen some teens in the movie theature last spring with pacifiers in their mouths. It may be a "fad" but IMO it's stupid. I think the girls think it makes them look cute and innocent but I even heard one of their guy friends say to the other guy friend that it looked stupid. LOL.
