We have a Graco one....not sure which one though.
Kaydyn refused to sleep in the bassinet part when she was a newborn, but it didn't really matter b/c we have a small apt. Now we use it all the time to contain her now that she is mobile.
ETA: my ILs watch Kaydyn M-F and they have a pack and play for her to nap in during the day.

We have the graco milan. I loved that it had a changing table. We used that part of it until DS was 19 lbs. The bassinette had this great massager and a lights and sound mobile. DS loved the massager. I tied colorful bows on the bears because they were only white. We still use the PNP for vacations. I never just put him in it for playing though. I only used it when I needed to put him down for a moment - like to run to the bathroom. We will use the same one for this baby too.

Sorry I don't use the bassinet. I have a different bassinet. I had to wait to get this chicco pattern because it was released in March of 2009, so I had to get a different bassinet.

gracos usually are one of 3 prices... the one you pictured is the most $$...
we had that one... mom used it as his bassinet and changing table when she took care of him during the day. it worked quite well
my main complaint is that the bassinet is only rated upto 13 lbs... well, that only lasted 3 months 
so, if you intend to use it primarily as a 2ndary sleeping area, you might want to instead invest in something that can handle a bigger baby.....
IMO $200+ is too muc for something that will be used only for a few months.
(we ended up getting a second inexpensive crib/changing table for mom's house, and have been very happy with it.... especially since we'll be able to even convert the crib into a toddler bed when the time comes)

I got a graco---I loved mine, it was a less expensive model without the canopy. We kept ours downstairs and used the bassinet portion/changing table for him to nap or get changed. Now I use it upstairs when I shower. My DS loved the little songs it played. I have no experience with the Chicco, its cute though!
