Pain on the ball of my foot
Anyone ever experience this? It kills me everytime I put pressure on it. It started out very subtle, but now it's terrible. I have been wearing flats, I wonder if that's what caused it.

YES! I had this for like a week out of nowhere so i made a podiatrist appt. lo and behold it completely went away on its own as quick as it came so i cancelled the appt. I did start wearing sneakers more once it happened and i think that made the difference - i generally always wear flats or flip flops.

LOL, that's what I'm hoping. That I'll make an appt. for next week & it will go away! It's horrible=(.

does the pain spread into your toes?
i had something like that many years ago- it was a neuroma (sp?) and i had to get cortizone shots.
it was caused by wearing very high heels and walking around in manhattan!
oy!
my dr said it was something that usually dancers get from doing point too. (i'm not a dancer...lol)

No, it doesn't spread to me toes luckily. I actually think it's caused from the opposite, wearing flats! I never even thought of it. My sciatica had been bothering me so I started wearing flats to work & I think they screwed up my feet!
