pain on upper left hand side of belly?
Towards the end of the work day I get this uncomfortable pain, almost like a burning on the left side of my belly. It is right where my belly is starting to form.
I know it is not the baby, because I still feel movement VERY low in my belly, under my belly button.
Any ideas?

Ligaments stretching? That would be my first guess since you said that is where your belly is starting.
Are you sitting in a weird position at work that it would hurt at the end of the day? Like are you stretching that area out sitting a certain way?

Yep, ligament and belly stretching.
I get it ALL DAY long and well 5x worse. it started for me at 20wks....been strong since and sort of neverending.
Its happens more when I do sit.
It will come and go.

yeah, it's stretching. for me it felt like a combo of burning and numbness. doc said its totally normal, and to try stetching a bit (like reaching up over your head with both arms), and upping water intake when it happens.

UGH..I used to get that all the time. It was like a rolling pain, and I would only get it at the end of the day. My OB said that alot of women get it..and it's always on the left side. For me nothing really helped it...but eventually it did go away. It really just lasted my 2nd trimester.

I had this with both of my pregnancies... I have a week to go and it is the thing that keeps me up all night the most. I made my sono tech put the wand up there both pregnancies to tell me what the heck burned so badly. She said it is where your stomach attaches to your ribs, the bigger the baby gets the worst the stretching and pulling gets.
