Paint colors for playroom and home gym
Anyone have any advice/suggestions for really fun colors for a playroom?
How about color suggestions for a home gym?
Most of the rooms in my house are pretty neutral colors, so I'd like to do something with some more color for these 2 rooms, but not too shocking.
Any pics would definitely help!
Thanks!

Re: Paint colors for playroom and home gym
I have the same questions. However, b/c my playroom is actually the living room I'm thinking neutral and I'm hoping to add french doors to the entrance by the center hall.
For the home gym, it's in my basement... I'm thinking a soft gray? Dh's office will one day be down there as well so not sure I want something too flashy. I'm interested to see what other's have done.
ETA: I always thought if I had a playroom that was somewhere else in the house - other than when you first walk in.. I'd love to do a white wall and do the kids handprints as a center border throughout in primary colors or pink and purple on a light green wall. Maybe balloon or aquarium decals above the handprints or pictures of if decals are over doing it. Stil thinking of the handprint idea for their bathroom... not sure if DD#2 will go for it... she hates hand painting!

i actually had the same issue, and did a robin's egg blue and the bottom half a butter cream color, and it is seperated by fancy moulding
so, it's kid-friendly but still has adult style, KWIM?

Re: Paint colors for playroom and home gym
We are getting a Jungle mural done soon so I picked a "fun" color for the background.
I got the color "granny smith apple" from Glidden than had it custom made in the brand of paint I wanted.
It's bright but my upstairs is really on the dark sided.
I will use white trim to really make it crisp. Then we have the jungle mural going over it.
