paint on leather couch
i am so upset. My couch was against the radiator (told DH not to push it against it) I know the paint was dry when we moves in....I am sure it was rubbing on it. Now I have this line on the back of the couch....i know no big deal it is in the back but we wanna evenutally have these as our couches in the basement
i guess if it isnt against a wall I can just put a sofa table there.
I am just so annoyed. THey arent new new couches but they are new to me!
I tried everything
mild soap and water nailpolish remover ( i know it takes off the dye but worth trying......i mean i have paint on it!) vinegar
NOTHING IS WORKING! The couch had a grain to it and it is in the creavisis (sp?) any other suggestions
O and we moved the couch b/c we have the blnds guy coming for the bay window to measure
Love the time frame i got 12-5

do you think it will ruin the leather? i mena the nailpolish remover took off a little bit of dye..but then again....the paint looks worse

Re: paint on leather couch
I think you may need to scrub it a bit...maybe try a soft toothbrush?

i heard oil absorbs into the leather and stains it bad
