paint suggestions for our new bathroom?
I'm really finding it difficult to choose a paint color for our new bathroom - suggestions please!
Here is a shot of the new tile in the shower, the floor tile is the neutral color without the brown accents.
The wainscotting will be a light ivory so I'm thinking a darker shade on the wall - but WHAT? Originally I was thinking brown, but with the shower curtain closed you may not even see the accent tile pieces.
FYI - the kitchen nearby is a coffee-brown color and a bedroom on the other side is a sage color.

I was going to suggest a terrocota or something with a peach tint to it.. NOT PEACH but a tan with a hint of color maybe...

You picked such beautiful tile and with ivory waincotting the choices are endless. I think a deep burgundy, coffee, sage, gold, brown &deep plum would all look very rich.
PS I would do a split shower curtain instead of just one to showcase that beautiful tile  If you have the room...

Thanks for the fast responses everyone
I was thinking of a darker red too, but I love the idea of a terracotta. I'm a bit hesitant to go TOO dark since I'm more of a light-colored room girl But I definitely want SOME COLOR here.

Teri, it looks awesome! What a great job!! I love the idea of a split curtain. And I'm also thinking a brownish/red color too.

I actually like the wainscotting the wood color.
A sage color or deep orange would look really nice too.
