Paintball guns: legal to "shoot" outside of your house?
Our neighbors' kids are shooting each other with paintball guns.  Is this legal? It's LOUD!

Nope! It's not legal. They are only supposed to be used on fields where they regulate the pressure/speed and balls being used.

i know from experience, if u get hit with one, that sucker will hurt. i was walking near dh parents house and i felt something hit me. i see paint running down my arm and start to scream. the force of the paintball made my arm sting. i had a bruise on my upper arm for a few days
