Paints for decorating wine glasses..

I saw decorated wine glasses in the stationary...does anyone know what kind of paint I'd have to buy to do this myself? Do you just paint & let it dry or do you have to do something special to the glass after you decorate it? Like bake it or something ??

You can find paint for glass at AC Moore or Michael's.

A friend of mine did it on glasses. She did not put anything else on it.

But you have to hand wash them.
